To figure out a general estimate for your project, first choose from either the Simple or Advanced website options.
Generally, this means whether you want eCommerce or not (Advanced allows this).
Advanced includes up to 3 hours of graphic design or custom scripting work, a $165 value.
This included graphic design or custom scripting can be used for whatever you choose, including, for example:
a Simple Image Gallery, Animations, Music, Video, or a Dynamic Calendar.
Secondly, decide whether you want a custom design or not, and add this to the price above.
This includes an original design (as opposed to a generic template or basic design) created just for you by Star Com Productions.
- You provide the content and graphics for your site (except where specifically noted).
For optional content creation, see additional prices on the chart.
- Options do not include hosting. We will provide or suggest hosting if requested.
- All Web Design services include:
- Site Design and Layout
- Complete setup of your site on your Compatible hosting choice

General Web Design Policy
(Between Customer & Company)
We like to keep things simple around here, but for your protection and ours, we have a few policies regarding Web Design projects.
- Web Design Fees or 50% of total estimate, in addition to any hosting and domain fees that apply are due up-front. The final balance is due no later than 15-days after the site is delivered.
- Customer is responsible for all future payments of hosting and domain services. Note that any domains registered are always placed in the name of the customer after registration. Since we do not sell hosting, you pay exactly what we pay for the chosen domain and hosting.
- Customer must supply all materials (both content, media, and page list) prior to design or construction of the site. This is to keep the development time short and sweet.
- If Customer takes longer than 30 days from the date of first payment to deliver and/or finalize content and site production arrangements with the Company, the upfront fee will be automatically forfeit without refund or delivery of product. This rule, related to the above, is to keep development time short so that neither of us has to wait for your website to be finished.
- Customer has the right to cancel the production service at any time during the process, however, the upfront fee(s) will not be refunded.
- All designs, templates and associated original artwork and graphics remain the copyrighted property of their respective owners under license to the Customer unless a prior, written agreement is made.
- No editable, original files, software or content created for the Customer, or owned by the Company, will be released to the Customer at any time and remains at all times the property of the Company. Of course, all of the original artwork you provide remains under your control and Copyright.
- Customer must provide a maximum hourly cap at onset of production based on an estimate made by the Company. If the cap is reached before delivery, a new agreement must be made to finalize the product. This rule keeps you from getting unexpected charges on your bill. Surprises aren't any fun for the customer or the company! We'll keep you informed as to changes in billing fees and if we reach the hourly cap that you've set.
